　　汽车最主要带来的问题(the principal problem)是环境污染(environment contamination)，特别是对空气的污染(air pollution)，对人类的健康造成了极大的危害(cause greater danger to human body health)。

　　第二个问题，是带来了城市交通阻塞的问题(traffic congestion)，特别是上下班高峰期(during the peak time)，影响工作人员的上下班效率(seriously decrease the commuting efficiency)。

　　主体段 2: 禁车的利弊

　　禁车的好处：有效地改善环境(greatly improve the local natural surroundings)，减少二氧化碳的排放(lower the emission of carbon dioxide)。

　　禁车的坏处：在偏远地区(remote areas) 或者幅员辽阔的地区(a vast territory)，比如说美国(the USA)，没有车(without private cars)，会给人们的出行造成很大的不便利(bring inconvenience to people’s daily life)。
