　　大作文：It is the best way to make road transport safer if vehicle drivers take the driving test each year. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

　　整体分析：

　　Task 1： line chart，动态。注意时态由图片时间决定

　　动态图相关表达：

　　Task 2 ：社会类话题

　　题目翻译： 如果车辆司机每年都参加驾驶考试，这是使道路运输更安全的最好办法。你在多大程度上同意或不同意?

　　从类型上来说，属于观点型，是个常规话题，但审题的时候需要注意绝对词“the best”。碰到类似于绝对词的题目，一般都会建议考生持否定绝对词的观点进行写作，从而体现逻辑的紧密性。

　　绝对词一般都是不同意比较好写：

　　主体段1：不可否认，这个措施确实可以促进道路安全

　　1.长时间没有开车，驾驶技能已经退化，重新考试能够强化技能(Driving skills deteriorate after a long absence, and retesting can strengthen them);

　　2.有的司机忘记了交通规则(forget the traffic rules)，考试能够督促他们复习交通法规(urge them to review traffic laws);

　　主体段2：反对的原因，其他的一些办法对于改进道路安全同样是很有效果的

　　对于违反交通规则的行为进行更加严厉的惩罚(improve road safety is to have severe punishment to the road offences)，起到较好的震慑作用(have a deterring effect on);2.增加驾照考试的难度(raise the difficulty of traffic test);

　　3.改善道路设计，比如安装更多的摄像头(improve road design，install more surveillance cameras)，加强监管、监控(strengthen monitoring)

　　考试预测

　　1.小作文：重点关注静态图，尤其柱状图、表格，适当复习流程图。

　　2.大作文：重点关注社会、媒体、全球化话题。
